One of our key clients, Moose from Australia, has set forth specific and challenging requirements for a water balloon product. They need a product that not only meets high durability standards but also ensures the safety and quality of its internal contents.

1. Durability Testing:

The first requirement is that the water balloon must pass a rigorous durability test, specifically withstanding at least 1,000 squeezes without bursting. This is no easy task, as the durability of the product directly impacts its usability and customer satisfaction.

To achieve this goal, we took a systematic approach. Our team selected 10 different material compositions, each with varying proportions, to create sample batches. These samples were then subjected to extensive pressure testing using a machine designed to simulate the squeezing action. After multiple rounds of testing and evaluation, we identified the optimal material composition that met the durability standards. This material was then selected for the final production, ensuring that each water balloon could withstand the stringent demands placed upon it.

2. Safety and Quality Assurance:

The second requirement focuses on the safety and quality of the water inside the balloon. The client insists that the internal water should be able to pass microbial and bacterial tests at any stage of the production process, ensuring consumer safety.

To meet this requirement, our Quality Control (QC) department implemented strict testing protocols. We conduct daily spot checks and tests on batch-produced products to monitor the water quality. Using specialized testing equipment, we ensure that the water meets the stringent safety standards set by the client. This routine testing is crucial to maintaining high product quality and safety throughout the production process.

With the combined efforts of our R&D and quality control teams, we were able to meet and exceed the client’s expectations. The final product not only passed all durability and safety tests but also gained the client’s satisfaction and recognition of our professionalism and dedication.
