One of our prominent clients, Disney from Hong Kong, presented us with an exciting yet challenging project. They wanted to create a unique popsicle toy made of TPR (thermoplastic rubber), filled with water to give it a realistic look and feel. However, a specific requirement made this project particularly complex: the client insisted that when holding the popsicle, it must retain its shape without bending due to its weight.

Given the inherent properties of TPR (soft and flexible), combined with the additional weight of the water inside, this posed a major challenge. Achieving the required stability without compromising the product's soft texture called for innovative thinking and extensive testing.

After numerous trials, we discovered the breakthrough: the key was to extend the stick and modify the internal structure of the popsicle. This involved reinforcing the internal design, allowing the popsicle to provide sufficient support and remain upright even when held from the bottom.

By extending the popsicle and optimizing its internal design, we successfully created a product that meets Disney's strict standards. Now, the popsicle can firmly support its top portion, maintaining the desired shape and functionality.
